Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server isn’t the simplest job on earth. You will either need to use some other server or your desktop computer, alternatively depend on a 3rd–party tool. Our company offers a considerably simpler solution with our Managed Services package. We’ll make a full backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to worry about losing critical data. Last but not least we can always recover a backup very fast. All backups we make are retained on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up specific software programs on it. And if this seems like something much too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Services deal, is definitely the perfect solution for you. While using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our veteran system administrators who will install and configure any software application or fix any issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
